From educational workshops and classes to curated field trips and summer camps, Discovery Place offers opportunities for visitors, students and teachers to take a deep dive into the world of science, nature and design.
Across our Museums, adults and children are engaged in meaningful and educational experiences through a wide range of inquiry-based classes, workshops and labs.
Whether encountering a live animal, tinkering inside maker spaces or learning about anatomy, botany and computer science in our science labs, our programs inspire all ages.
Enrich your students’ experiences with a field trip to Discovery Place Science!
We empower students to explore the world, test new ideas and strengthen STEM skills through state-of-the-art labs, hands-on exhibits, and educational IMAX films.
Summer Camps turn school breaks into learning adventures from chemistry and cooking to animals and art. Get fired up about STEM at Discovery Place Science, study the outdoors and live animals at Discovery Place Nature or let your imaginations soar at Discovery Place Kids—Huntersville.
