Dance to the music or chill in our 7-story Charlotte IMAX Dome Theatre for a documentary or planetarium show. Grab a date or a group of friends and make the night your own!

Our reimagined monthly series lets you experience the Museum after hours in a grown-up, kids-free environment. Create an evening all your own by adding cocktails and upgraded experiences when you arrive.

April Theme: Down the Rabbit Hole

Join us as we venture down the rabbit hole in this Alice in Wonderland inspired Science on the Rocks. Get curiouser and curiouser as we explore the science behind wonder with optical illusions, the science of psychedelics, tea painting and a dark spin on croquet.

April’s Experience ADD-ON:

Take a little piece of Wonderland home when you join us in the Thinker Space design lab where we’ll create a mini garden home for our backyard creatures. Grab a terracotta pot, some design tools, and create your own customized wonderland-inspired toad abode.
